Squamish Pest & Rodent Monitoring Program

As low as a coffee cup per day

Prevention, not panic.

Think of it: You’re at the kitchen window with your morning coffee.
Sun’s coming up. Steam curling off your mug.

Now imagine what you don’t have to think about:

Nothing crawling under the deck.
Nothing chewing at the siding.
Nothing sneaking into the pantry.

Because we’ve already walked your property. Looked. Listened. Logged.

Squamish Pest & Rodent Monitoring Program
As low as $35 a month — less than a coffee a day

This isn’t extermination after the fact. It’s prevention while the pressure is still building.

We walk your property monthly, check the usual trouble spots, take photos, and log everything. If we see rodents testing, ants trailing, or raccoons scouting, we let you know right away — while it’s still cheap and easy to fix.

Who this is for:

This program is for Squamish homeowners who’d rather spend pennies a day to stay ahead than thousands later to clean up a mess.

Why we can do it at this price:

We don’t bundle in every possible treatment upfront. You only pay for what you actually need. Because we catch things early, those extra jobs stay small.

Some homes need a bit more attention — older houses, bigger yards, or properties with more activity. In those cases we can add extra stations, more frequent checks, or hands-on work. We’ll always talk to you first and keep it fair.

Together we give you early warning instead of expensive cleanup.

Stay safe out there.

FAQ

We walk the full exterior — walls, decks, sheds, carports. Cracks, gaps, vegetation, and storage against the foundation all get logged. We map the paths rodents and insects may use to approach your home.

Rodents don’t move at random — they follow cover. Rock walls, brush, woodpiles, untrimmed areas. We track how those corridors link wild ground to your structure.

Pods, berries, seeds — if they’re present, we collect and test them in stations. Water sources (leaks, puddles, streams) and human attractants (BBQs, compost, recycling bins) are all noted.

Storage piles, voids under decks, stacked lumber — all prime nests. We look for droppings, grease rubs, or debris. Sometimes we even test with a paper towel — if it’s gone, they’re nesting.

Two tamper-resistant stations placed at the highest-pressure zones. Anchored, rebaited monthly, rotated as needed. Never “set and forget,” we rotate to find where the pressure are coming from, and determine species.

Every capture is data: species, sex, age, health. Missing tails, caching behavior, even cannibalism — all of it tells us about food supply, stress, and colony pressure.
